TREATMENT
LATE
To respect the time of all guests, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
For your comfort and safety, please let us know if you are using retinol, Accutane, or any prescription skincare products, as some treatments may not be suitable while using these. These products can make the skin thinner, more sensitive, and more prone to irritation or lifting during services such as waxing, chemical treatments, or advanced skincare. Being honest about your skincare routine allows me to customize your treatment, protect your skin barrier, and ensure you receive the safest and most effective results possible. Your skin health is always my top priority.
CANCELLATION
MINORS
We understand that life happens. However, to protect our time and business, all appointments require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—will result in a 25% service fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future services or no further services.
Any minor receiving a service must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before their appointment. This ensures proper permission and safe care.
For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the treatment room or lobby unless they are receiving a service. Spa equipment, tools, and treatment environments are not child-safe, and we want to maintain a calm experience for everyone. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
CARD ON FILE

A card on file is used to secure your appointment but will not be charged unless a cancellation or no show policy applies. As a small business owner, this policy helps protect my time, preparation, and product investment, and ensures that each appointment spot is reserved for clients who are committed to their scheduled service. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, skin infection, or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment to help maintain a safe, healthy environment for all guests. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, please let me know prior to your service. Certain treatments, products, or ingredients may need to be adjusted for your safety and comfort. Your health and well-being are always my top priority.
